Sportsman & Hunting Items Bid In-Person or Online Preview : Thursday, September 24 from 3-5PM, Firearms also available for preview on Auction Day At Noon At the Loudoun County Fairgrounds Auction : Friday, September 25 at 1PM Payment : During the Auction until 5PM & Saturday 9AM-12PM (All items including FFL Firearms will be paid for at the Loudoun County Fairgrounds) * Firearms will be picked up at Bullets & Beans 62 E Colonial Hwy, Hamilton, VA 20158 after they are paid for at the Loudoun County Fairgrounds. A PAID invoice must be presented at Bullets & Beans in order to pick up your firearm.* Per Virginia Law, all modern firearms manufactured after 1898 must go through an FFL transfer and background check before buyer may take possession. All firearms are transferred and picked up through Bullets and Beans in Hamilton, VA . Their auction transfer fee is $35 per firearm. All required modern firearms need to be picked up here.
