For On-site Sales: Terms and Conditions: Chip credit cards and Apple Pay accepted subject to a 4% service fee. Numbers will be handed out to those people in line at 9:30 am. We do not honor customer generated lists. If you arrive and a number/list system has been initiated, please know that those numbers will not gain you entrance to the sale. The first in line will receive the first #. No bags except small purses allowed. Please be prepared to return to your car should you arrive with one. We reserve the right to examine all handbags, backpacks, etc. For insurance reasons, We CANNOT help you move or load items. We can provide the names of trusted, fairly-priced movers at your request and expense. In purchasing pre-owned items, you agree to the following conditions: • All items are sold "as is" and "where is." • No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted. • Please examine all items before purchase. • Test all electronics and appliances. We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchases, however due to the nature of estate sales, all transactions are final.

We have received many texts, emails and calls asking that we continue to run last weekend's sale again. . Many of you stood in long lines and felt you did not have enough time to explore everything in this incredible sale. We have reviewed remaining content in the house and have decided there is more than enough to continue the sale for two additional days. There are new items that didn't make it into last weekend's sale simply because we didn't have enough time to catalog and price the overwhelming number of things in the home. More art, more jewelry (including a collection of Bedouin silver necklaces and bracelets,) more smalls, etc. items from last week's sale will be 50% off with the exception of gold and silver which will be 20% off. New items will not be discounted. So, here we go again! We hope to see you Friday and Saturday, November 6th and 7th from 10am to 3pm daily. New photos will be posted throughout the weeks leading up to the sale.
